If such a request is made the site will be backed up without your details on it. The said database software has been created by a third party and is open source. Any personal information on this database is not shared with any third-parties and is deleted after one month.
Rights in relation to your information

- ask that we update the personal information we hold about you, or independently correct such personal information that you think is incorrect or incomplete;

Retention of your personal data
We do not keep your personal contact data on our database indefinitely. It is deleted regularly and is held for a maximum of one month. Cookies we set last for a month for promotions and a day for our Privacy Statement.
